Yes, I know, it's hard; I've experienced similar type things in work environments with co-workers, and actually a male supervisor making inappropriate sexual comments about hot young women he wanted to bang, and so on, meanwhile he was an unattractive, middle-aged, balding, overweight dude (not that it matters, but just for context :) And, it was hard, because, not knowing what to say, I pretty much just sat there. But, thinking back now, I wish I would have expressed myself with some type of rejoinder, because this is my work environment, I have to be there and it's clearly unprofessional. Luckily, that shit hole got shut down :)
You know, also, if you want to keep your sanity, as a woman, you can't worry too much about what guys jerk off to; sometimes it's just completely irrelevant. Also, surprisingly, there are guys who don't watch porn. And supposedly, according to what I've heard, MILF porn is the most popular! Granted it's probably 25-year-old-women, but...hey.
Being raised in this society where everything is about looks for women, and the unrealistic media beauty standards, is really difficult though, and it can create this fear that a man will only value you for your looks. Sure, there are men like that. That's usually not the man you want, though. I mean would you really like being with these male coworkers you mentioned? (I don't know, maybe they're not that bad?) They seem kind of emotionally immature, and not particularly considerate, or whatever. And I still have faith that there are guys out there that don't value looks as highly (for instance blind guys, lol :D ) or that are easy to please as far as looks go, and when they fall in love, they will find you beautiful as you are.

Lol about that, but still he is just one person. And he has whatever preference he has, he can't help it and it doesn't make him a bad person. He's not choosing that preference just to be an a**hole. It's probably been informed by a lot of his life experiences. To be honest, it seems like a lot of older male virgins seem to feel sort of arrested at a certain younger age, and hence are mostly only attracted to young women. His preference probably hurts him too, most likely, so I'm sure he wishes he could change it if he could.
But, personally, from meeting people through online dating, I was surprised at the amount of younger guys that don't mind older women. I've had plenty of guys in their 20s and 30s message me (and one 18 year old, but we won't talk about that) and I'm 46. Granted they might only be in it for the short term and would kick me to the curb once I hit 60 and they're only 45 or something, but still I think there are a lot of guys who find women their age attractive. So, please don't let that stop you, or get too hung up on it. And, in the end, you really only need one ;)
