I can only speak for myself and me personally questioning this exact same thing. I am now 30 and also have experienced this. I frequently had deja vu as a kid until early adulthood when I began seeing things a year in advanced from when it would occur, somewhat like premonitions. As a kid it would happen in specific classes or times of the day.

Then as an adult I would be doing something mundane and suddenly I would see a visual and a random thought process or phrase would occur in my head despite me having something else totally in mind(adhd??). Usually a year later I’ll have the visual and the thought process happening exactly as it was. Kind of feels like the show “That’s so Raven.” One that stood out the most for me was how badly I wanted to live on the West-coast while living in the Midwest. In the visual that occurred I looked into my rear view mirror as the sun set but this time it had mountains in it. A year later around that time I was living in a mountain town, while driving to work looking in my rear view mirror I witnessed the exact mountain scene I saw in my head the year prior.

Since I’ve noticed these occurrences I’ve also been researching more into spiritual awareness and concepts of enlightenment. People in philosophy like Neville Goddard are huge for me because it’s all about personal manifestations. So once I tapped into the fact that these visuals and conversations/thoughts were projections I wanted to happen it became easier to make happen. Manifesting my reality and growing in my spirituality are directly correlated for me.

I’d recommend reading “The Alchemist” it’s a short read and a great example of how you have ultimate control of your reality. Not sure if this helped but it’s my interpretation.
