I've used directed spells in the past where I've poured my feeling and intent into directing my personal will, but that's never turned out well for me. I lack the ability to fully imagine the context that what I desire will create and as such would much rather just shield and withdraw myself from interaction from most things. I've created a lifestyle for myself where I don't need to interact much with the general public and only have a half dozen humans I communicate with regularly, but that's only out of necessity in maintaining this physical form.

The visualizations that serve to simply shield, protect, and transmute wonky incoming thought transference seems to be working. After making this comment above I used the visualization I described to start creating a psychic shield around my self and the physical location where I spend most of my time. Oh, and I've recruited our cats to help as well.
