Bitcoin - Some Deluded Thoughts

He certainly must’ve thought that it doesn’t make sense to time the market and wait for a possible correction.

It doesn't work the same way with institutional investments. Jesus, stop comparing apples and oranges.

Institutions don't make these decisions at the snap of a finger, and they also don't concern themselves with the risk associated with short-term corrections.

This is precisely the problem I keep trying to emphasize, and you are refusing to consider. That the mentalities of institutional capital from the likes of Saylor, Pal, Draper, etc., should not be mindlessly embraced by retain investors parsing between their ordinary financial obligations and speculative investments. Even Pal has said recently he is selling gold and waiting for a correction to invest up to 80% of his portfolio into bitcoin. Check his twitter feed, he's talking corrections, not moons.

So just stop making the same stupid argument which entails nothing more than confirmation bias from individuals who do not represent the demographic of the average redditor. It is abundantly clear that your opinions are not financial advise and are admittedly "deluded". Just leave it at that.
