Seriously, the Ten Commandments are part of the Mosaic Law. God gave the 10 commandements and God gave Moses the Law which he in turn gave the Israelites. There is no distinction. Ezra 7:6 "..a ready scribe in the Law of Moses, which the LORD God of Israel had given.." Both were originated by God. Both were part of the Mosaic covenant. Both were placed with the Ark of the Covenant.
