BravoRealHousewives Daily O/T Thread

Disabled people were considered a light nuisance at the best of times, but people really showed their true colours while they had to stay at home for a bit. And I stayed at a shitty 18 square meters (~190 square feet) matchbox abroad, thousands of miles away from my family!

There's always a bit of rancor when they see someone who isn't very visibly physically disabled park in a disabled spot because "I bet they don't need it, they're not really disabled", so the hatred to having had to cancel plans with friends became absolutely virulent. People still wish a couple million disabled people died on the spot than go to the movies a few months later, because they already think those disabled people aren't truly people and are the scum of society.

My mother works in eldercare, going to people's homes (usually shared with their adult kids, sometimes grandkids too) to assist them and for 3 years people have refused to mask up while she's there and have hidden their covid-positive status so she wouldn't not do their dishes for a few days until they were non-contagious anymore. Knowing that my mom is over 50 and my brother, who lives with her, has serious respiratory issues. They don't care if you die a slow death and leave your family destitute. Because you are not a person, you are a servant. The stray cat outside their home holds more value than you.
