You absolutely need an aftermarket cooler for the i5-4690k. You'll need to ditch that case if you're going with the K cpu since an aftermarket cooler won't fit. Get the Team Zeus RAM, it's literally the same thing (1600mhz, cas9, 1.5v) as the Ripjaws, cheaper and it's low profile which is going to be important since you're adding an aftermarket cpu cooler.
