Call center jobs that don’t involve yelling

I work in cable and internet support for a communications company and honestly, it's not been as bad as I expected. Idk if it's how I handle the calls or what but I maybe get 3-5 upset people a day, like people or are past frustrated but not irate and screaming. I've gotten probably less than 10 irate and screaming calls, and most of those people are just crazy and crazy people aren't so bad.

What stresses me out are the people who are reasonably upset, know what they're talking about, and have a complicated issue and expect someone who knows what they're doing. I'm just so scared of slipping up or sounding like I don't know what I'm talking about and expect them to pounce.
