A camera crew has secretly taped you for the past year. What will be the contents of the episode called "Integrity"?

Does this count as integrity? I don't know, but I feel like it was the right thing to have done.

I was at my psychologist's office and was his last appointment of the day. When I arrived about 10 minutes early there were two girls sitting in the waiting room, one clearly upset, fidgeting and chattering at her friend who looked totally indifferent. My doctor's secretary gets off at 3, even though he makes appointments until 4:30, so if you need to talk to him after 3 you're screwed. I sat and started to read my book, not really paying attention to the girl, who was clearly having some kind of issue, because there's an unspoken no-talking-to-each-other rule in my psychologist's waiting room.

But the girl kept getting more agitated and she started kind of laughing weirdy and I could tell she was having a manic episode based on her behavior and what she was saying to her friend, who was staring at her phone. The friend kept saying it was "no big deal" when the manic girl said she was worried she wouldn't be able to get her meds refilled before some kind of burner road trip they were about to go on with some guy they were late to meet that the friend was clearly far more preoccupied with.

The person before me's appointment ran about 10 minutes late so my doctor came out and apologized and asked if it was okay if my appointment was only 20 minutes, which was fine with me since it was just a check-in. Then when he spotted her the manic girl popped up and the doctor said, "You were supposed to be here at 2:30," and she started begging to meet with him and he kept very firmly saying no (I have a feeling missing appointments is a pattern of behavior for her).

He dismissed her and gestured for me to go into the office but I said, "You can see her if it's okay with you." He didn't want to because he clearly was annoyed with her but I think he could tell she had obviously been without her meds for long enough to throw her off kilter. So I smiled to show it was really okay with me and told him he could see her. He sighed and said fine and the girl ran (actually ran) into his office. I picked up my bag to leave but he told me to wait.

About 15 minutes later the girl came out and her friend got up and they left; neither acknowledged me in any way at any point. Oh well. They were like 20 and total burnouts so I didn't expect or care.

So I met with my now very agitated himself psychologist for 5 minutes but at least the manic girl got her meds refilled so she could hopefully enjoy her road trip with her shitty friend and a guy who probably gave the shitty friend crabs (or her to him, either way).
