• Do you bypass security measures (password prompt, encryption, ...) in place to protect the data against unauthorized access?

• Do you obtain unlawful access to the data e.g. by sneaking into the data center and sucking the bytes off their servers to your favourite external HDD? And u do it all in black clothes and by night?

• Do you cause excessive load on their infrastructure or excessive crawling resulting in significant site slow down?

If any of these questions is a yes, you are a sucker. And they will ban your IP and depending on the infrastructure, will come by walking / bus / car / truck / helicopter / aircraft carrier. Method of transportation totally depends in front of which door step you are shitting.
