" TL;DR I preloaded a game on Steam and once it released I couldn't finish the release day update/download, I can't uninstall the pre-load, and anytime I open Steam it has to be force closed through the task manager because it hangs up on trying to download the game (or stop the download as it were). I've tried complete system reboots, and this is a brand new pre-made PC I bought 5 days ago that has no other programs or bloatware on it. "
