Yea let’s hire more incompetent nurses & doctors. Why so they can sit in ICU & play on their phones while the patients lie in filth & are so neglected that they die from infections they pick up from being in a dirty ICU. The health care system, like all systems are managed by people. People are the problem! To fix the system a lot of people need to be let go, administrators, nurses, doctors & most importantly politicians need to be removed the health care system. But it needs to start at the ground roots. Education & mental health improvement for young people so they actually have the abilities to do the jobs. Good luck Canada.
