No judge, cop or lawyer (unless its your lawyer) is ever reasonable or nice when it involves you and a legal proceeding. Hire a lawyer now! I'm honestly shocked that you haven't already in today's world. You got pulled over in Small Town USA (I from small town) with a cop and prosecutor with a hard on for people like you. How dare you drive through their city and state with all this CBD mess. THC is THC whether its from some fancy oil or you blew the blunt smoke right in their face and laughed. Your own words that the prosecutor isn't budging and how they want you to do this and pay this answered your own question. Now...follow your instincts and do what you already know to be true and find a lawyer. Any DUI lawyer will do as stuff like this is their bread and butter.
