Isn`t Linberg part of Cerberus a outside entity , CGI`S competition ? Be cool with the development of little seoul as a community and ecosystem we can create new story arcs that involve people from that ecosystem . Self localized community focused interactions that bypasses main character cross interferance that causes drama .

Each localized community ecosystem will have thier own lives, sure guess appearances from outside community entities may accure but the story lines focus will always be contained to that ecosystem.

Issues in the pass is creating story arcs, heist etc that involve multiple communites that in turn creates toxicity. Instead a future focus on communites having thier own localized story arc , heist events etc would be cool focus.

Sure you will have cross plays from other communites via business dealings,etc , war , basic interactions but a new development on story arc /events / heist would be more fruitful when it involves everyone in a community working together to achieve a goal.
