At the higher levels, you have not presented any proof of actual asymmetry, only conjecture. So lets see what you know: What are your qualifications to comment on this? Do you work as a professional translator? Do you work as a translator in the US government? What information do you have on US translation capabilities? How is it inadequate for decision makers? What examples can you show where information asymmetry due to the English / Chinese divide was the clear factor to a Chinese advantage?
Finally, I'm not seeing how you proved translation is somehow inadequate with that bizzare Adrian Zenz strawman. This smells like a precursor to the tired "Chinese is a mystical language that can never truly be translated" argument.
