[Looking for suggestions] Any tips on improving my tone of speech and not sound arrogant?

A big part of business is about building the connection.

Arrogance in tone kills it, gladly for me I got this feedback early. I worked upon it and improved myself.

What I did ?

  1. Stopped getting over excited about the situations

  2. Before cutting others, took pause to hear others out. And then discussed.

  3. When suggesting a conflicting view, presented it calmly and invited feedbacks

  4. Arrogance is not bad entirely but the way you present things is much more important.

I am still arrogant but my behaviour has gotten much better. Now people see me as a top performer and a team player.

Always remember there are people much smarter and better in everything you do, so stay humble, keep learning and keep inviting feedback.
