The consensus seems to be that only men can be sexist pigs. I grew up surrounded by many women, and from my experiences, most of the women I knew were incredibly more sexual and vulgar than most of the guys I knew - granted, the guys I knew that were sexist were more obnoxiously open about it. Women constantly objectify the fuck out of men, and it seems to be socially accepted. The double standard is fucking absurd and I'm tried of hearing people apologize for something that's ultimately expected - it's engrained into our very nature and is the reason we even exist as a species. The hypocrisy and excessive sexism (against men) is what needs to be addressed, but likely will not be for some long time to come. In the meantime, men have to suffer. I mostly feel bad for boys and young men growing up now.
