Anyone who doesn’t think there are biases against males has never been a divorced father who’s been through the family court system. Yes, old white men disproportionately maintain levels of power, privilege and influence in the US (and elsewhere). But there are still unfair biases held in other parts of society that directly impact men unfairly. There are rarely things that are black and white, and these things are not mutually exclusive. Anyone willing to casually hand wave unfairness directed at men, because they’re men and men disproportionately hold places of power and influence as some justification is being spectacularly ignorant.
