hello pf. I dont know where to start. i have a situation and its with citifinance. i have a home in seattle area. i for 14 years citiefianance as been my lender. yes there were times i had fell behind but caught up but lately citiefinance has been every six months threatening foreclosure, just stressing me out, claiming they never receive my payments and threaten foreclosure on it, forcing me to dig up old receipts and prove i had paid. which i have done so. claiming they never received my payments when i have paid but denying it, forcing me to argue with their representatives. i did qualify for a modification for our loan an it was reduced but they ended up hiking the monthly fees back up to the normal rate. there is much going on with them and i feel like they are working against me. i wonder if this is something limited to me sometimes. what has been occurring. i honestly just dont know where to go from here with these guys. if there is advice out there, i m open to it. please help
