Clash our empires! - A superpower exercise

The Jaunipian Empire is an imperial power, which, although not necessarily a threat to galactic security, they can be a pain in the ass for anybody trying to get off the ground or expand. The Jaunipians thrive off slavery, and on top of that, aren't very good at adapting to foreign environments. They go through space conquering worlds to keep their slave market alive, and occupy those planets until resources run dry, then move on. If they uncover a world that's similar to their own, they divert every and all resources to taking it from whatever power currently owns it. It's normally not a problem, since they inhabit chlorine worlds, and such as rare, but still, if you're a planet hoarder, expect some troubles. They're a very militant society, military service is considered the highest of all honors, they fight and die gladly and obediently. Even their non-militant family members know not to mourn for them when they die, no jaunipian dies without honor. They are led by a royal family consisting of a king, queen, and archus. The king holds the most power, the queen ruling is optional, but the archus is a brother or sister of either one, who acts as an advisor of all matters, keeping the rulers up to date on every active happening. The Jaunipians have a huge focus on biotechnology, their own manifesto emphasizes how life is a utility to them. Their weapons and armor are all either living organisms, or are modeled after living processes. An example of such is the deadly calcium rifle, an arm cannon that shoots a ray of calcium ions, which can bust through shields and fry any living tissue it collides with. The Jaunipians have three infantry units, the Knights, the Plague Doctors, and the Paladins. The Knights are the standard infantry, fighting with firearms of any size, and standing their ground until the last drop of blood is spilled. The Plague Doctors are the empire's bio-soldiers. They engineer pathogens in the combat zone and release them to infect their enemies. They also act as field medics, able to repair damage on the cellular level. Finally, the paladins are the super soldiers of the empire. These Jaunipians are built entirely in labs, built to be stronger, faster, and larger than the average jaunipian (which stands at about 5 feet, the paladins stand at a staggering 7 feet). Their entire bodies are weapons, having firearms and other energy-based weapons built into their organs. Their physiology itself has been altered, having different anatomy altogether, compared to a normal Jaunipian. All of their ships and installations are sphere-shaped. Although it's an odd design choice, it means more of their defenses are field-based, and there's a larger surface area without definite weak points (imagine attacking a steel ball floating in the air shooting lasers with pinpoint accuracy everywhere). Their land, sea, and air vehicles are all living organisms they engineered for those purposes (land-striders, swimming tanks, flying wings).
