As far as I can tell, no, though Molotov had gained Stalin's ire with some growing popularity among the Soviet people, and he may well have been planning such an execution as a result. His wife was imprisoned for years by Stalin, though, which didn't stop him or her from praising the architect of the Holodomor day in and day out even after his death.

Either A) Stalin was such a great leader that he was totally beloved by the woman he locked up in a Siberian labor camp for five years, and equally beloved by her husband, who was forced to divorce her in the process of her being sent to the gulags as a traitor, or B) Stalin's famous cult of personality was a high-commitment requirement to join his inner circle, and after Stalin died, Molotov just had too weak a gag reflex to puke up the kool-aid he drank getting into the Politburo.
