GC: You can't say you support trans masculine people while treating us like shit

This difference isn't about the political issues but about a view of how social change should work. Liberals focus on individual autonomy and using mechanisms to provide greater access to society and equality of outcomes within the system. Liberal feminism is that, equality for women in our existing system. A radical approach is materialist and seeks to change the system - e.g. ending the sex heirarchy. As the latter is a hard task for a small group, many will support the less fundamentally capitalist causes of liberals. E.g. more private access to abortion. But can't support ones we believe will entrench systemic gender oppression like sex work. But the overall philosophy of how sex oppression works and can be faced is different.

A trans man might choose to be a radical feminist if that materialist theory of sex oppression makes sense to them.
