So I've finally settled on an army. I'm a Gitz man. Gobbos and squigs. I'm not much for spiders right now.

I'm looking to make my first purchase. My lovely wife got me a gift certificate to miniaturemarket.com for my birthday, so I'm placing an order there. The endless spells are out of stock, which is a big help in my decision making. I'm planning on nabbing at least one of the holiday battleforce boxes which looks like it contains the major pieces I want: squigs and fanatics. So I was thinking of getting the battletome, a box of grotz, and... the loomshrine? The loonshrine seems obvious since it seems like there is no reason not to play it, but it's huge, expensive, and looks really intimidating to paint. But I'm right in thinking that it's a no-brainer purchase if I wanna be Grotz, right?

And to this purchase I'm wondering if there are any paints I should buy. I currently have white and black Vallejo primer, this Vallejo paint starter set, and Agrax Earthshade and Seraphim Sepia. Does this sound like enough to paint my army? Any other washes or Citadel paints I should grab while placing an order?
