Complained to Samsung that buds delivery went from "expected 8/14" to "in process as of 8/16. They gave me $10 coupon :-/

I ordered the note 10plus on 8/7. Along with the buds, Tab A, Bluetooth keyboard case. The case and tablet arrived last week. The buds originally said expected delivery of 8/14, just like the note says expected delivery of 8/23. Now the buds just say in process. I went to their chat customer service about 15 hours ago. Just got this email with a $10 coupon.

I say this because I saw another poster got a $125 coupon because of their bs bait and switch accessory prices (list price is shown as regular price, but it's actually after your $150 credit).

Everyone should continue to barrage Samsung for their deceptive listings and horrible website and shopping experience.
