And yes, Jermey and Jacob etc have family members with disabilities but it is an entirely different situation when you are the parent and have been thrown into the situation and are still learning. It is impossible to understand and I can actually see Tori pushing everyone away. As a caregiver I know that pain. It really is a coping mechanism and it’s easier to do that than it is to pretend and put on a smile. I think she’s overwhelmed. Of course, she’s happy and loves her kids so unbelievably much but it’s hard. Admitting it’s a struggle doesn’t mean we don’t love our kids. I think she and Zach have a great relationship and will be a beautiful support for one another.
