unbelievable! so this was a real scene? a guy actually said that and the dog brrrr-ed? but man i would say this is highly unlikely to happen at present time...ok 1 in 10000 probability but i cant generalize the whole society based on this., people with dogs dont do it..they are good souls mostly but..but here's my personal case study of "people with dogs" man..the kinds ive seen and observed:

so there are all kinds of people with dogs..some keep dogs out of compassion and love..these are intelligent philosophical people who know the value of a companion and feel for the dog and learn stuff from them and treat them better than they do their cousin sisters..such a person would on the spot buy that fucking atlas book or sth if he/she had money..fucking emotional rational fucks! :( ..and there are these kids and teenagers with your usual "cho chweet" stereotype and treat dogs as their toys but care for them indeed (as they would for the toys)..these take pics and feed them and clothe them and are...you get the idea..so these cant be the above guy...and then there are these rich guys with big homes and huge gates and follow a sort of "rich people norm" and keep a dog so it barks at night on the sight of an intruder. these people are rich and educated and have some morality left but still these guys dont waste time walking around city with their dogs and coming in contact with the street crowds. so not the above guy from this type.

..and then the most despisable of them all...these are your usual dumb-headed fairly rich spoiled brats..sons mostly..fairly rich fucks who couldn't give a fuck about "morality" and "kindness"..these fucks wouldnt in the name of heaven read this comment because their shitty brain limits them to facebook and shit like than so no chances of them entering illuminating places like this..so my description wouldnt match anybody reading this.. these fucks know only football and food and booze and pussies..and keep long hair..and never forget to apply colour in it every weekend like it's some fasting ritual. you know, your usual fairly rich extravagant fucks with a house in the city whose sheer level of dumbness makes you cry and pack your bags and move to Antarctica. these fucks dont necessarily have a car, so walk around flaunting their relatively rich asses around relatively poor people. these fucks with their superior breed dogs walk around with earplugs on listening to some punk rock shit with their pretence looks and zero-fucks attitude. they would make faces and cringe at the sight of street children and homeless people..they make condescending comments about people who seem helpless and anxious. who does such inhumane things ffs? they live off their parents gold mine. they spend all day fooling around with their dogs. take dog for a walk, postpone ones own shit to take the dog for one, chase it and bring home when it turns wild and runs away..these are basically kutta people and have worse sense of reality man. these pricks will do all sorts of things for the dog but dont have a little bit compassion towards people.

that's exactly the guy OP pictured in the picture above..guys with a chill state of mind; chilled enough considering that the only thing they;ve to be concerned about everyday is what time in the morning is the next football game and whether to bring home a chick to bang tonight..look at these fucks..their attitude towards the bourgeoise and the poor is disgusting. they think we're savage fucks not worthy of their attention or any sort of privilege. this is what improves the chances that these pricks will be chopped in a guillotine in near future revolution...these dumb fucks with condescending looks and attitudes hamper the societal harmony man..the harmony of the hardworking bourgeois and poor class. these are prejudiced pricks who have such a distorted aristrocratic mindset that you wanna rip their skins off and fuck them with 6 kilos of powdered chilly peppers.
