Those who quit social media like insta,fb,twitter, tiktok and pubg as well

I became addicted to Dota 2 at the age of 14 and smoked nearly a pack a day. However, I managed to quit cold turkey in November 2022. Since then, I have engaged in numerous activities that I previously missed out on. I have started exercising, which I used to loathe, but now I eagerly anticipate my daily 6 km/h walks every morning. Since February 8, 2023, when my liver enzymes were alarmingly high, I have lost 16 kg. My Body Mass Index (BMI) has decreased from 30.8 (indicating obesity) to 25.6, and my goal is to reach the 24 BMI range.

Growing up, I was always a skinny kid, and in my mid-20s, my BMI was below 23. However, liver problems and fatty liver disease caused me to gain a significant amount of weight two years ago, which in turn made me lazy and prone to spending my days gaming.

I have rediscovered my passion for painting and drawing, as I used to enjoy creating anime and Japanese-inspired art such as Naruto, Bleach, digimon, pokemons etc as a child. I now spend more time with my family, attend social gatherings, and meet new people in order to step out of my comfort zone, as I struggle with social anxiety. Overall, this journey has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. I am much happier now and truly appreciate the sunshine outdoors and the sunlight streaming into my room. In the past, I would always block out sunlight and make my room as dark as possible.
