Honestly almost everyone dispo is run by a POS and has made a POS culture because of it from the top down to the managers.
Constant pressure to be over worked at fear of losing job. Multiple people worth Covid had worked because of this pressure getting co workers and customers sick
Told you are responsible for any missed sales but also taught how to cover things up from the CCC
Selling old product , Mold Product or turning mold flower into concentrate
Told to lie to customers and consumers about why things are on sale (spoiler alert it’s expiring)
Blatant sexism, racism, discrimination
Sexual Harassment from managers and district managers Using positions of power for sex
Saw a fellow budtender spell flower out of the 1-8th watched a manger just put it back in and had it back to the shelf
If your are medical I promise you they don’t give a fuck about you. They preach all about the medicinal properties but they sell you old shit with fake testing numbers
If you are retail you are the golden goose and they will milk you for every last drop

Every single dispo could be fined by the CCC. I know how and where they hide the bodies or if they are just blatantly paying off the CCC.
Oh they also fix there rating systems by having managers or employees make fake accounts to leave fake ratings. They like care a overly amount about google reviews. So please don’t be afraid to one star every dispo you come in contact with. Because I promise you they deserve it.
