Need antenna advice for an HF antenna for a small yard in an HOA (portable options too?)

1) feedline into the house is solved with a purchased or DIY window feed, you can buy or use the MFJ for inspiration: https://www.gigaparts.com/mfj-4603.html I just homebrewed my own, there's youtubes of hams builds, it's very simple.

2) do you just want to infrequently get outside and play radio for a few hours? the buddistick or wolfriver or a magloop will let you do that. so will a tuned random wire or the popular efhw. when 20m is open during the day you'll have a lot of fun nationwide and will work the stronger dx stations. 20m is right up your alley, you'll never go home empty handed, lol. Pick any, or a few of the affordable options, try them out for a couple years. Then you can decide if you want to put time, money and effort into a more serious antenna system. If you have the room and just want to weekend-warrior it, something like the DX Commander is possible too. Put it up Friday afternoon, take it down Sunday evening, etc.
