Customer entered wrong address for shipping - now what do I do?

This makes sense. I messaged them and asked if they were able to go to their old address and retrieve the items or contact the post office and see if they were sent back. I told them I was so sorry this happened, but there wasn't anything I could do. I can't get them items there in time for tomorrow even if they did want to reorder them. I also obtained proof of delivery from USPS to protect myself. Items were shipped USPS priority express so there is tracking and delivery confirmation etc. with it. I also photograph all items before shipping and in the package.

I have heard nothing back from them at all. So I'm not sure if they were able to get them, or if they just aren't dealing with it or what.
