DAE eat enough to maintain but not enough to gain weight?

Yeah, I did this for a couple of years at an underweight but healthier weight. Recently I felt the need to lose again and now I’ve once again been doing this for only about a month. Got to a weight where doctors and my psychiatrist kept telling me “you are very underweight” and if I lost much more I’d end up in hospital soon. So I’ve been eating enough to maintain this weight without losing more, but not so much that I gain. Admittedly, my once flawless skin has recently started to become flawed but I intend to see my godly dermatologist who has always worked miracles for any problem I have had, and I am hopeful he can help without telling me the standard “better nutrition and weight restoration” that everyone else gives me.
