Would buying an apartment be a bad idea for some side income? I'm really looking to try to make some more money besides my regular 9-5 type job. While investing in the market is awesome, I'd really like to try to put my money in other things.

*How old are you? I am 26 years old. *Are you employed/making income? How much? Yes, employed. ~67k a year. *What are your objectives with this money? (buy a house? Retirement savings?) I want to buy a home somewhere down the line, but I also want to make money with my money. *What is your risk tolerance? (Do you mind risking it at blackjack or do you need to know its 100% safe?) I understand risk and I'm very open to it. I understand where there is risk, there can be a reward. *What are you current holdings? (Do you already have exposure to specific funds and sectors?) 90k in the market across some stocks. 40k in ESPP/401k. *Any other assets? House paid off? Cars? Expensive girlfriend? (not really an asset) I have a car, but its running down. Have a motorcycle as well. Other than that no assets. *What is your time horizon? Do you need this money next month? Next 20yrs? Nothing specific. *Any big debts? I'm completely debt free.
