I never said they are purposely stopping upgrades. What I think is happening is unrealistic timelines are given. One could argue to pump up the market. Gets close to delivery something goes wrong price starts reversing the news comes and it pushes down even more. Now why does the price always reverse before the news comes out for the big candle?
