I commented in here8 months ago about how I believe that a recession could benefit crypto markets due to investors wanting to diversify into an asset that isn't tied to traditional asset classes. I also pointed out that the financial mess of the 08 crisis was the ash that Bitcoin was born out of. To me crypto is antifragile. And I have a feeling that many will put money into btc and eth in response to a recession and QE.

I got downvoted a lot and many thought it sounded counterintuitive.

I still hold my hypothesis that a shakeout of the traditional financial system along with the maturation of btc and eth will bode well for those who bought over the past several years.

Hope reality agrees with me!
