My (27F) SO (30m) said he'd break up with me if I don't improve my speech

I have ADHD and I'm on the spectrum. Which means that I have a development disability and I'm slower than others, but I am also reactive due to my ADHD. I'm taking medication and seeking help.

The other two conditions are for me to be more reflective of what I say and accept that I'm slow and have disabilities. I have the tendency to speak fast and not accept that what I'm saying doesn't make sense to others and in the end I cause conflict.

I also need to improve on my memory and not rely on others because I can be a burden. He also says I don't care about his feelings and I never think about his side, and he doesn't deserve my abuse. I don't want to invalidate him, so I have been working on fixing my problems.
