She's a female specimen of whatever species most of the New Gods living on Apokalips are. Notably, she began life as one of the Lowlies/Hunger Dogs and ascended to Darkseid's Elite through merit and effort rather than birth. Perhaps in keeping with her origins, her powers seem to be entirely "baseline" by the standards of her people. She has never demonstrated powers like energy manipulation, psychic abilities or unaided flight.

If you mean her gender and sex, as far as we know, she's a biological female with an unusually robust physique as would be expected of a warrior from such a background as hers.

Also used to be really hot when she was younger.
