DDA Lawsuit is a complete failure. I’m stunned

TLDR; Article says DDA exists but EA says they don’t use it.

Lawsuit was also dropped meaning they were probably paid off.

There’s also nothing that says they can’t file another patent called BDA or whatever you want to call it. The article doesn’t actually show anything but a dismissed case and that EA attempted to script games to solicit more sales and admitted that the one patent did not work - to increase sales. They actually have to say this. If they admitted it worked there would have been a bigger lawsuit.

If you think this dropped lawsuit conclusively means a form of DDA isn’t in the game then you don’t understand the legal system.
