Staged or not... man oh man. I live on a mountain and deer are in my yard all the time. Bears too. I'm not afraid of them but I don't go out and cuddle them and take selfies with them.

In the gated communities here in the Poconos they have to make rules not to feed the deer, because the folks from NY and NJ are so captivated, they set out food and get the deer to eat from their hands. It's cute but my friend used to have to physically push the deer out of her driveway every morning because her neighbor was feeding them so much. The deer get dependent on the people feeding them all summer, then the tourists leave, and the deers' food source is gone for the winter. It's really harmful.
