delta F2F questions

  1. I arrived just over an hr early, and I wasn't even the first one there. There were 3 other people already there. Take this with a grain of salt, but all of us first 5 people got CJO's.
  2. I did not wear one, but I did have one on me. A few times, I offered to put it on when speaking with others who had one on - more as a courtesy. However they did say during the beginning not to feel bad if you don't wear one and they respect all decisions. I'd say 90% didn't wear, and 10% did. (Both staff, and interviewees)
  3. Be yourself. I know it's said a lot, but truly be YOU. From the way you talk, to the way you present yourself, to what you wear....be comfortable. They can tell if you are trying too hard or aren't being authentic. I'm pretty sure I got my CJO due to a large part of just being myself.
    1. Smile. But genuinely.
    2. It's about teamwork.
    3. Mingle - with as many staff members as you can. Don't be afraid to cut a conversation (where natural) and thank them for their time and then move on to another staff member. I saw so many interviewees mingling with just each other, or only 1-2 staff members. They were likely forgotten and didn't make the cut.
    4. Have fun. I made a few jokes during my activities and made the staff laugh.

Good luck! You got this!
