Yep I think it was happening so many people because I remember missing so many skillcheck even in 300 hours lol Also before dedicated servers killers used to host games so you were kind of at their mercy for any kind of smooth gameplay.

That was also what I was wondering and I still do lol Even with decent PC or good internet from killer my checks were not smooth as much as them but I thought maybe they customized their graphics.ini or something like that. DBD had shit ton of unnecessary graphic setting details and people with low end PCs used to edit them for performance so maybe that was also what they were doing.
