Did Agri-Kind (Agronomed Pharmaceuticals) CEO Jonathan A Cohn commit perjury and fraud by claiming to be a socially and economically disadvantaged individual in order to gain points towards a Pennsylvania medical marijuana permit? Focus on the checked boxes and the paragraph above them.

Actually, he got fired 4-5 weeks ago after his unionization efforts of our company failed - which only would have driven our costs up more for the PA patients - which I (and 100% of my senior management team are one of). After he was written up twice for insubordination, and constant disruptions, since he clearly had an axe to grind from the start, when he stated to the entire team that he was only staying around until he got a "nice union job", his resignation was accepted, and was walked off the property.

We are unsure if he came to us purely as a union salt or if he really felt that entitled such that he refused to capture metrics to improve our efficiency (reducing costs), etc. and intentionally created disturbances to our efforts to create the best possible products for the PA market that we can, but it doesn't matter either way. The fact is that we are a local PA company that is trying our hardest to stay compliant with PA regulations (which are very strict) and our costs / lb of production are very high as a result (compared to other state operations or the production costs of the illicit market).

I could waste my time posting the false allegations he made to the DOH and other regulators (and even PA lobbyists / attorneys who send us back his fraudulent posts) about our DBE application which was actually 100% true and authentic, but that is because we were more than 55% minority owned by Application definition at the time of the app (and still are over 50%), As such, his claims are not only untrue but defamatory.

In any case, while obviously we have investors that helped us get to where we are that do need returns, that is not our primary focus, rather patient efficacy is. I personally am able to work again (was previously occupationally disabled) due to specific Cannabinoid / Terpene profiles from Cannabis and left a very high paying career in IT to found the company in late 2016 since I am a true believer.

We try our best to hire those that are also aligned with our goals and mission of providing the highest quality Cannabis that we can - which to us means the most effective for the individual patient indications and their individual genomic make up .

Unfortunately, in the case of the poster of this chain who is also known as xconjon511 on other sites (not the real xconjon - who does a lot of u tube posts on many Cannabis companies) - but a poser as he also was in his interview with AK, we are a young company that didn't do a good enough job on vetting him prior to hire, since we are growing rapidly and believe that most people in the Cannabis culture are not as evil / self serving / own agenda as this employee was. That was our mistake that we deserve some beration about, but even in our HR policies, we are improving - which will ultimately help our patients over time.

Given he wants to post with an alias, why not ask him his real name and call him on his BS!

Regards,

Jonathan A Cohn
