DISCUSSION - Federation Security Consul Formation - including security expectations, limitations and needs.

While I understand where you are coming from, and deeply respect you and your right to call for such a discussion, I humbly disagree with the notion of a council to oversee the current security officers operations. To echo what 710 said, no need to fix what isn't broken. This Federation hit the proverbial lottery in having u/MrJordanMurphy step up and be willing to fill this role. Yes he is just one man, but he doesn't work as one man. He effectively maintains a vast network of people strategically placed in all the right places. Jordan is one of those guys who always at least 3 steps ahead of everyone else. As long as he is willing to continue serving this Federation in the way he so professionally does, I think we should let him do so and be thankful for it.

Discussion is always a good thing, and this discussion needs to happen if you feel it needs to happen. Everyone should have an equal voice, and be free to question such things if desired. I fear that any council created, even with the best of intentions, would ultimately hinder the security officer's ability to do the job he is here to do. Also, forming such a council that will only include a portion of this Federation's civilizations leadership means other civ's get excluded right? I can't agree with that as it feel exclusive rather than inclusive and that's something nobody here would want I think.
