Talaria boots might be overkill with how many movement speed items you have. Ninja boots give you pretty good early attack speed. You don't always need rage but it's not bad to have. I used to run it but I prefer wind demon for the passive, which pairs well with ninja boots and katana because you'll be faster and hit them even more. With how much you're keeping up with them and how fast you're hitting, the lower crit chance isn't too big of a deal because they're not gonna shake you easily.

He's one of the few gods I have diamond with and over time, I found that my favorite build is: Ninja boots, katana, asi, wind demon, death bringer, and devourer's gauntlet. My build gets criticized but I can work with this the best and it's what wins me games while his "meta builds" don't do much for me.
