I am the same as you OP. My problem is I don’t want to over commit to any organizations like I did at alamo colleges. Plus I’m almost 30, I don’t relate to a lot of my peers in my classes since I’m married and this is my second go around. Evening classes are more my jam since I’m with more individuals that are similar to me or even older.

As a new transfer student this past semester, just finding my groove here has been more than enough stress right now.

I’ll probably join organizations related to my major this upcoming year though.

Anyone else here have a hard time networking though? Being an introvert I overthink most of my interactions to the point that I end up just not talking to new people.
