Does SSA consider short and long term disability as SGA income and from what source does it get that?

Pt. 2: But what does this mean for you? Well, only the months where you were actually working should count towards your Trial Work Period. If the person working on your Work CDR cares enough, and your employer uses an Equifax service called The Work Number, then they can get totals by pay stub and pay date, but it's unlikely they'll be able to tell earned wages from anytjing else; the record is rarely that detailed. If that's unavailable, they may care enough to use quarterly earnings posted to state records, which may or may not match the W2's total based on how the STD and LTD are reported in your state. Short of that, they'll pro-rate the W2 total across the year. They may do the same for 2021, too.
