Am I too old to start running? Serious replies please.

I used to run cross country when I was in high school and have run on and off for decades after. About a year ago, I decided that I needed to lose weight and a big part of this was aerobic exercise every day of the week for a minimum of 30 minutes.

The biggest improvement I received in my ability to run came from the weight loss and the use of a stationary bike (a cheap, used Star Trac). Thus, my advice to you is if you want to improve your running, focus on weight loss and cross training on stationary bike. It worked well for me and I’m not much younger than you.

Note that I am not a doctor and you should consult a physician before eating Tide capsules.
