Donald Trump's state visit to Britain put on hold

These weren't football hooligans, when they said it the situations never had anything to do with football, they were school children. The sons of British soldiers stationed in Germany, people that lived amongst "full" germans every day.

And it wasn't even banter, I got the absolute shit kicked out of me one lunch time because I misspoke and referred to a car as an "auto" (the German word for car).

There were many incidents like that throughout my early years at school and even into adulthood.

There was one incident that did involve football when I was an adult and living in the South of England. I remember England were playing Germany in a match. I had a small stuffed bear on the parcel shelf of my car that had a Germany shirt on, I think he was holding a German flag too. I woke up in the morning to find the back window of my car smashed in, two tyres slashed and the bear stinking of piss. England had won 5-1 so I dread to think what those scumbags would have done had they not humiliated Germany.

But I appreciate your point not everyone is that bad.
