I dont know what the different cameras mean when buying this camera.

"The only difference" -> stop right there.
Please, do not settle for the Note 20 (non-Ultra). You're gonna have a bad time.
For the price, said device is an insult to the Note brand. There are youtube reviewers who have covered this topic such as MKBHDs video reviews(Samsung Galaxy Nope 20!, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Exk34o-MMIE). Again, this is about the cheaper Note 20(nonUltra) model device.
Honestly, i love Samsung and the Note series but the Note 10(non-plus) and Note 20(non-ultra) are unjustifiably bad for the price. It becomes very evident when comparing the two spec sheets.

Comparing the two, resolution, refresh rate and pixel density are very different. For $1000, you're better off getting an older model, different brand or just saving a bit more to get the Ultra. Test the devices out in a store, watch a few reviews. I'd also look for a deal since the holidays are nearing. I got my Note 20 Ultra unlocked off of Amazon when it was discounted.

If you must buy a Note, please make sure you're buying the right model!
Note 20 Ultra (US Model)
Why US? -> the cpu differs between models where the international(with an exception) ships with Samsungs weaker Exynos processor, over Qualcomms Snapdragon.
Why not the base model? -> its a ripoff. you're better off buying last years model Plus over a non-Ultra Note 20.

I say all this, over just answering your question because others have already answered it very well and you seem (no insult intended) to have a misunderstanding about the two devices. This was done intensionally for branding purposes but when just ~$250 stands between the Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra then you're better off saving up the extra cash for a far better experience.
