Well first off I don't think social dysphoria exists without sex dysphoria. I don't believe in it. Why? Well there isn't an explanation for it. Just like non dysphorics Don't have an explanation

So what social Dysphoria actually is, is your sex bothers you as in your body so it upsets you when other people recognize you as your birth sex.

Social Dysphoria without body dysphoria makes no sense to me because why would you be upset someone properly identified your sex but have 0 issues with your own sex? Sounds like lying to me.

Many people also seem to think social dysphoria is just not liking people assuming sexist stereotypes, and I completely disagree with that sentiment. Trans is about your body not what sexist stereotypes you enjoy
