Okay I’m glad ur eyes are open to it
So I’m currently doing a degreee in cybersecurity My training is paid and odsp isn’t deducting my training pay either
Udemy has a ton of them u can take and get a certificate or
Call IT places and ask for openings Theyres a ton around the country You can also apply for IT jobs outside Ontario as long as it’s in Canada U don’t need ur work visa
Most it and cybersecurity jobs are paying training rn as they really need people
As an example My course was like 400$ and this certification is the one needed by the government to work for them in that field
To give u a better idea That’s a starter salary of 60,000$ and paid training for less than one year of your time
I’ve been disabled my entire life And finding this out gave my family and I Hope again
Sorry for being rude I just personally have family that is terminally Ill still waiting for their odsp as it’s currently flooded, I just know that my friend who’s missing a leg works from home as cybersecurity for the gov 3 days a week and makes over 100,000 a year now
She’s the one who told me about this and said it’s a great field for the disabled as the workloads are light No physical work And work from ur bed wherever u are ;)
Thought this would help Have a great day and good luck
